As you can imagine, I greatly enjoyed this trip. There is so much more history to learn about and archeological sites to see than I imagined. Food and people are great, and I only regret that my Spanish is so basic that I could not chat more with the locals. Yes, I did try Cuy (guinea pig) & Alpaka, and no, they don't taste like chicken at all.
